Sugar Belgian Waffles

Made with simple ingredients that your kitchen is always packed with, these easy to make but super delicious waffles are just the thing to serve with coffee.

Serves: 6

Ready In: 1 hour and 30 minutes

Ingredients:

2 ¼ cups Flour

1 ½ tsp Vanilla

1 cup Sugar

1/4 tsp Yeast

3 Eggs

1 cup of Butter, melted

2 tbsp. Brown Sugar

½ cup lukewarm Water

Preparation:

- Whisk the yeast and brown sugar with the lukewarm water and let sit for 5 minutes.

- Sift the flour into the yeast mixture and add the remaining ingredients, except sugar.

- Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour.

- Stir in the sugar.

- Preheat the waffle iron to high.

- Place about 2 tbsp. of the batter into the waffle iron and cook until golden.

- Repeat until you use all of the batter.

- Serve and enjoy!
